Great case, wrong colour

I love the case it's the second time I've bought this for two different phones. My only complaint is that I didn't get the colour the ordered, i got black instead of purple and still waiting on a reply from customer service.

People can't hear me

Case looks great, very protective unfortunately that's all it's got going for it. People can't hear me on calls. Great case if you only text. Otherwise save your money. Super disappointed because I've always wanted one of these cases and when they had a sale I bit the bullet. Wish I kept my money.
